Terms that you should know about Delivery:

1- Delivery Time will be different for each country.

2- For more information and accurate delivery you have to select the country in shipping address to get the exact delivery time.

3- You have to fill the proper details of your address in order to get the delivery at earliest else it may cause a delay.

4- As the parcel will be shipped from China & from Other manufacture country, sometime it may get delayed for many reasons listed below;

a- Any weather situation

b- Any unhappening situation.

c- Delay in custom clearance

5- Free Shipping items sometime get may charge due to custom declared value.

6- Shipping charges will be added separately to the heavy items more than 2-3kg.

7- items shipping from the same country of the customer will be delivering sooner than the international delivery.

8- Sometime it may asked your ID in the custom when your parcel shipping Intenatioanlly.

1- All Items does not cover return & Refund category which is listed below.

2- The items which is available for return can be seen in the product detail page.

3- However, shipping charges need to bear by customers except when the item is not the same as ordered, damage item.

4- Return awb will be shared you in the same order details which is originally placed.

5- Orders under return available should be originally sealed or with original packing and will not be acceptable without original label.

6- Items listed below is not available for return:

a- Electronics Branded Item.

b- Under garments.

c- Nutrient products.

7- Nutrition product must take with Doctor Prescription if you have any allergy else it can cause any side effect.
